The 8,500 SF outpatient facility integrates behavioral with primary healthcare serving the Central Florida region.
6,400 SF of the building will be home of LifeStream’s behavioral, substance use and wellness services provided for children and adults in separate patient suites with individual consultation offices. Centrally located shared support spaces minimize travel and promote staff efficiency.
An attached 2,100 SF suite accommodates a free non-emergency medical health care clinic including three exam rooms as well as administrative offices operated in partnership by South Lake Hospital.
The center’s homelike appearance and scale supports an outpatient visit as nonthreatening and comfortable as possible.
The outpatient center was completed in August 2014.
