With campuses all over Florida and abroad, Keiser University’s expansion has reached another milestone: their first on-campus student housing. Located in their flagship campus in West Palm Beach Florida, the four-story building holds 208 beds, with 50 standard four-bed suites (12 of which are ADA accessible), four RA suites (one on each floor), and one RA suite on the first floor. Residential amenities include laundry, trash and common area/study rooms on all floors. The first floor has the main lobby, offices, multipurpose room, and game room.
Tilt-up walls and insulated glass windows make up the exterior of the building, with steel joist and concrete floors. A deck at the rear side of the building facing a lake makes for an ideal exterior space for the residents. Sitework includes parking, sidewalk and landscape work.
